Flannery Animal Hospital has been a provider of quality veterinary care to Orange County and surrounding Hudson Valley NY communities, since 1959. Founded by Dr. James J. Flannery, the hospital began as a small practice in a converted home. Flannery Animal Hospital later moved into offices on Union Avenue in Newburgh, NY where it remained until December of 1998 when we moved into our current facility in New Windsor.
You can place your trust in our dedicated veterinarians, whose main objectives are the same as yours; to help your pet enjoy a long, happy and healthy life. Our compassionate staff, our family atmosphere and the clients we serve make Flannery Animal Hospital a pleasant place for everyone to be. We provide a full range of services that encompass wellness care as well as preventative treatments so that most of your veterinary needs can be taken care of in a place that feels like home. We offer convenience and peace of mind to our clients by being open and staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you have a question or concern about your pet any time day or night, we encourage you to call.
Our hospital features seven exam rooms, two surgical suites, a spacious area for procedures and testing, an extended space for boarding that includes an outdoor play pen as well as a comfortable waiting room and our own pharmacy. We even provide a separate waiting area for cats to take some stress out of their veterinary experience. Our large staff is comprised of more than ten veterinarians, a team of New York State–licensed technicians, as well as dedicated veterinary assistants, animal care specialists and client care specialists.
